The Circles and Ministries Revitalization Committee brings together the leaders of the circles and ministries of the church into a planning and evaluation process for each unit. As the leadership core of the church they plan the annual calendar, host a Circles and Ministry Revitalization Sunday, and coordinate the Annual Church Picnic. On April 24, 2010 they began a master planning process for the campus of Union Baptist Church to upgrade and expand its physical plant to meet its 21st Century ministry needs.
